 1. HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY PRODUCT?

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. You will receive a digital download sheet with the links to the product & instructions on how to use it.

2. CAN I RETURN OR REFUND MY TEMPLATES?

No, as this is a digital item the product can not be returned.  Select promotions have a 7-day money-back guarantee.  See specific products/plans for this.  Please keep in mind, we have invested considerable time into providing these resources to you, so please use them only if you pay for them.

3. CAN I RESELL THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED FROM CANVENIA?

All products are provided for your personal use - in your business and life.  Reselling or distributing oour products is strictly forbidden, as our sales provide our livelihood.  We do however have a Reseller's Membership Plan that allows you to resell a subset of our products.  Outside of our Reseller's Membership, derivative works are also prohibited. Because these templates are hosted by Canva.com, you will need to be familiar with their Terms of Use.  Ours are at the bottom of each page.

4. CAN I SHARE THE PRODUCT WITH SOMEONE ELSE?

No. All Canvenia products are copyrighted, and the license you buy is a license for your personal use - in your business and life - as is explained in Canva.com's Terms as well. This does not extend to companies or partnerships and may not be resold (whole or modified), loaned, and/or freely given to another individual and/or party. 

 5. WHAT IS CANVA?

Canva is an amazingly easy-to-use graphics design platform that allows users to create visual content including Social Media templates, Flyers and much more.  Here are some Tutorials to help you.

6.  HOW  DO I INSTALL THE TEMPLATE?

You will receive a set of instructions with your order.

7. ARE ALL OF YOUR DOWNLOADS INSTANT?

Yes, all of our downloads are instant. You will immediately receive an email with a link to download your purchased item(s).

 8. WHAT DO I NEED TO USE A TEMPLATE?

You only need the Computer or Smartphone  App “CANVA” which is free to use.  See our Tutorials here. 

 9. WHEN I DOWNLOAD THE TEMPLATES, SOME ELEMENTS NEED "CANVA PRO"?

Although we aim to include only FREE Elements in our designs, there is a chance a CANVA PRO Element may slip by us.  There is an easy solution.    

If you have a basic plan of Canva, you can download the templates in 3 ways:

1- download with Canva watermark

2- change the paid elements for a free one to your liking

3- Download the paid elements
